The Healing Technique For Forgiveness

So many masters have said that the quickest way to healing is forgiveness. To forgive yourself first and foremost and to forgive others. The feelings of resentment, anger, guilt etc that we hold onto inside our minds and physical bodies turn into toxic waste that run havoc on our entire system. Its time to free ourselves from this deadly pain and return to harmony and ease. Its time to Forgive.

Forgiveness seems like such an easy concept yet sometimes we have difficulty understanding how to do this, what to say and even what it means.

Ho'oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian concept that helps you sift through the bullshit and get straight to the letting go. It was developed by a therapist who healed an entire ward of criminally insane patients without every meeting them or being in the same room as them. WHAT?!? Yep! Miracles do exist, and they happen all the time when using this incredible technique.  Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len reviewed each of the patients files, and then he healed them by healing himself. The idea behind this is that nothing happens outside of you. When you heal inside, you heal outside. Its trippy I know, yet why not give it a go.

I have been personally using this tool for the better part of 4 years and it has profoundly shifted my experience with myself and others.

I have found that this is particularly helpful with people that you may not be able to actually communicate with. Wether its with your Mother or Father, and old lover that seriously hurt your feelings and you cant seem to let it go or a friend that you cant quite get through to. And especially to someone who may not want to receive an apology.

Here we go:

Seems so simple! This allows you to take responsibility for your creation. Because no matter what it is, you played a part in it, even if its a very small one. This may bring up resistance and thats ok, its the stuff coming to the surface ready to be released! By seeing this and allowing yourself to say and feel these words it allows you to free yourself from the story. I also like to include, "Im sorry for whatever it is inside of me that has caused this."

Don't worry about who in particular you are asking, just ask and feel this. Repeat it over and over again. Allow the feeling to wash over you and let it all go.

Thank you for receiving me, for hearing me. Thank your body for healing, thank you heart. Thank god, Thank whatever feels go in that moment.

Say this to your body, your heart, the air, the flowers, the person or thing. Whatever comes through in your mind say I love you. Heal the parts of you that hurt.

Im sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.

Try it for a month, On yourself, on old things, relationships that are still bugging you and whatever else you feel like could use some powerful healing love.
